Shipping

We currently ship across Jordan.

• Within Amman: Delivery fee is 3 JOD.
• Outside Amman: Delivery fee is 5 JOD.

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

If we're unable to deliver your order after two delivery attempts, it will be returned to us.

We're working on expanding internationally. If you're outside Jordan, follow us on Instagram or check back soon for updates.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your RAÏA pieces. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

We accept returns and exchanges within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
• The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• The item must be free from stains, odors, damage, makeup marks, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is incorrect or defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received, inspected, and approved.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item or size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
